The little ones today beat the adults hollow when it comes to dressing up and defining a style statement all their own! Yes, it is true that when they are little quite a lot of the parental tutoring and school suggestions 'have' to be obeyed, but just observe him or her on the hair stylist's 'chair' and you'll know exactly how the suggestions are being implemented.
